At Sts. Peter and Paul we believe that faith is not just something we teach—it is something we live. Our community recently exemplified this belief through an extraordinary fundraising effort that showcased the power of generosity, service, and love. With only 82 students, our small school set out to make a big difference, and through hard work and faith, we successfully raised an incredible $14,611.50 for Food for Thought, a local 501c3 charity that ensures children have access to weekend lunches.

One of the most inspiring aspects of this fundraiser was the enthusiasm of our students. Even our youngest learners embraced the mission. The moment we presented the check to Food for Thoughts was one of overwhelming joy and gratitude. Knowing that our contribution would help provide hundreds of children with nourishing weekend meals filled us with immense pride. More importantly, it reminded us that our mission as a Catholic school extends beyond academics—it is about forming disciples who serve with love and compassion.

This fundraiser was more than just an effort to collect funds; it was a living testament to the power of faith and unity. It reminded us that no act of kindness is too small, and no goal is too big when we trust in God’s plan. We are so grateful to our students, families, faculty, and community partners who made this achievement possible. Together, we have proven that a small school can indeed have a big heart.
